[개념 정리] General ITP에 따른 검사 포인트 (Column/ Drum/ Pressure Vessels)

실제 General ITP를 바탕으로, 이루어져야 하는 검사에 대해 알아보자.

참고한 ITP는 Column / Drum / Pressure Vessels용이다.

(General ITP이므로 실제 Vendor에서 이루어지는 검사와 약간의 차이가 있을 수 있으며,

Project마다 다른 General ITP를 사용하므로 하기 내용은 참고용임을 밝힌다.)

General ITP에 포함된 내용은 아래와 같다.

 

1. Pre-Inspection Meeting

   Material 관련

2. Material Certificate (including supplementary mechanical properties)
3. Identification of Materials
4. Receiving Inspection (Visual/Dimension & Test Report) for Pressure Parts,
   Flanges, Fittings, Gaskets, Dished Head)
5. Transfer of Material Marking (Material, Heat No., etc.)
